The Third Sister is a passive ghost that can be encountered in DreadOut.

Background[]
The Third Sister is the younger sister of Second and First Sister. She is a playful individual, but is quite demanding.
Appearance[]
The Third Sister's true form is never actually shown, but the Ghostipedia shows her form as a small doll.
In some paintings around the village, the Third Sister is seen as a young girl with long black hair, pale skin, and a white dress. She is often seen holding her doll, the one that she now possesses.
Game[]
Act II[]
The Third Sister makes her first appearance after Linda follows Ira into a small room, inside a hut. Depending on the resulting conversation, the Third Sister may kill Ira.
If Ira survives the conversation, the Third Sister will tell Linda that she doesn't want to let Ira go and that she will stay here with her.
Strategy[]
In order to have Ira survive the encounter, Linda needs to choose the appropriate dialogue options to appease the Third Sister. Generally, try not to make the Third Sister angry by insulting her, as she will kill Ira. Ignoring the Third Sister will end in the Third Sister stopping the conversation.
Picking the dialogue option 'Stupid Doll' will anger the Third Sister immediately and she will kill Ira. You can choose the dialogue option 'You are not Ira' once, but repeating it will anger the Third Sister. Other than these two options, Linda can choose any other dialogue option.
To get the achievement, when the Third Sister mentions how Linda doesn't even now her friend's Phone Number, insert the numbers '6237323688', which is the phone number that can be found in Act 0 of the game.
Trivia[]
- In the True Ending of the game, if Linda manages to save Ira from the Third Sister, you can hear that Linda is actually listening to Ira's voicemail. If Linda fails to save Ira, there will be sad music playing instead.
