The mysterious key is a key given by Ira to Linda in DreadOut.

After an event of Ira morphs into Kuntilanak inside a house, Linda finds Ira crying in the downstairs, claiming that she couldn't leave the place. Ira then tells Linda she was the only one that could leave and that she needed to leave. She gives Linda the mysterious keys to the escape from the house.
