That comic retold the original Dreadout game in detail, more story/information than the actual game lol. Maybe the most notable things are The Three Sisters & Ms Siska, the comic shows a bit more about them. There's also some connection to the manga DLC & Dreadout 2 I guess. Well it's basically making the original game much more sense.
