I think It also depends on situation and the speaker feels/moods. Imagine if someone on "very angry" situation yells that, it can be INTERPRETED as "you're son of b****". Like someone said "F*** You" as a jokes, will be total different with someone said "F*** You!!" on serious tone. It's just not about the general meaning of the sentences.

actually the word "ih" on front of the phrases can be interpreted as "geeze". It's mostly used in relaxed situation. Well, that's can mean she sees you as her plaything

Ih, Maneh Teh Nya means Oh, you little nasty. The word Nya comes from a Sundanese word which implies great disgust! Whereas Teh is like a short form of saying little. I.e. Lil... Its vulgar in some ways fyi but other than that, she is basicalky quoating Raven Baxter
